ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The services that Premier Meetings & Incentives a/k/a Prestige Meetings & Incentives (PMI) provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use.

TERMS OF USE

You acknowledge that PMI or its licensors retain all copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other proprietary and intellectual property rights to the Services, and any or all modifications to the Services, related documentation, contract clauses, contract addendums and marketing materials regardless of (i) whether such intellectual property notices appear on the materials or (ii) whether at one time such intellectual property notices appeared or were used in conjunction as a part or on an attachment to a hotels/vendors and/or a suppliers Agreement/s and/or Contract/s or (iii) whether such intellectual property notices have been filed with governmental agencies. Nothing in this Agreement will directly or indirectly be construed to assign or grant you any right of ownership, use of the material, title or interest in the Services, or any intellectual property rights relating thereto.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE.

As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any PMI services. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain the use of any materials, contract addendums, contract clauses, marketing material or information through any means not intentionally made available to you by PMI or through PMI Services.
